In the ideal world,a sitting with the artist is often preferred for a portrait, but this can't always be so, as a result I work directly from photographs & for whatever reason if I can't take it for you, having you take photos yourself, then forwarding them to me for approval is the next best option.
To do this send your digital or scanned photos to my Email address supplied, have all images in jpg. format & please check the sizing of your images prior to sending, if the size is not adjusted it may be too large & not make it through. Photo approval is a requirement, because the best detailed photo / images you provide me with, will ensure the best detail quality for your portrait. Please forward a selection of good crisp images, with nice positioning or pose.
To submit your order, Go to Galleries *Portraits either people or pets, click image 'Your Portrait here' - Choose either Coloured Pencil or Painted Portrait & read the information provided , this will guide you to - 'Buy now'.
The same can apply for Reborn baby portrait... in this case choose & click on "Reborn Baby portrait"
When choosing a colour pencil or painted portrait you are presented with your portrait prices & options.
For the Coloured pencil portrait, this will begin automatically with a single 'BASE' portrait price, you are able to add to this by choosing various options that will asist your choices to acheive the portrait you desire.
To calculate your order total, you can 'Preveiw order' and click 'Back' to change it if you desire before 'Proceeding to checkout.'.

3. PAYMENT
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (outside AUSTRALIA) - Preferred method of payment is paypal this is secure & safe method of payment and is easily available via this site.
AUSTRALIAN BUYERS may pay via paypal if purchasing via this site,** but Direct deposit, postal money order or Cash is preferred. Australian buyers who are not paying via palpal will need to contact me prior to placing order, so please do not purchase via the Buy Now option to purchase Art, instead contact me and place 24hr HOLD on artwork(s) while payment is being arranged.
All commissions/ purchases will not commence or be sent until your order & payment has been received.
4.BACKORDERS
Sometimes there are backorders, this can happen when I receive an influx of orders simultaniously, to maintain fairness to you while still maintaining the best quality artwork, each order is placed accordingly within a queue. Your order/ payment ensures this placement. You will be notified via email as to the appropriate time frame in which your portrait will be completed.
For any person whom requests a picture for an occasion where time / date is of the upmost importance, you will be contacted where as we can discuss this further, all possible efforts will be made in order for you to be able to receive your special 'gift' in time.
Under normal circumstances I endevour to have each single person / pet portrait completed & posted within a one - three month period upon receiving the initial order.Sometimes but not always Longer for multiple portraits & oil paintings, where drying time is of the upmost importance as each portrait is carefully packaged for shipping. This time period excludes shipping & delivery time.
5.PORTRAIT/PAINTING COMPLETION
When your portrait has been completed, you will be contacted via email. Once postage address and final payments are confirmed your portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
Delivery time will vary - depending on where the package is to be sent.
6.DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
The final step- please email to confirm the safe delivery of your package, feel free to post any comments you may wish to share regarding your portrait process experience & let me know if you are happy to have these comments posted on this site....
