La Chataue Restoration ~ stairs on all levels gone

Staircases take up a lot of room in a dolls house and although this is a very large house to give the impression of grandior there is only 4 main rooms with a central entry where the main staircase was. This area will be transformed eventually to give the appearance of a grand entry. 

GROUND FLOOR ENTRY: will have a faux wall with detailed arch with fluted columns and corbels with a sneaky staircase tucked behind the arch 

while 1ST FLOOR FOYER will have a french panelled wall on the back far wall with arched window and window seat. The wall will feature decorative plaster with ceiling roses and New fittings on both floors.
